San Antonio, TX. It started here in 2014. My first Coaching Course Residency - C License. It was awful. 8 days of playing and coaching. All about meeting the instructors expectations for pass or fail. Instructors avoided you. Drawing everything
San Antonio, TX. It started here in 2014. My first Coaching Course Residency - C License. It was awful. 8 days of playing and coaching. All about meeting the instructors expectations for pass or fail. Instructors avoided you. Drawing everything by pencil and then pen because of limited blank session plan templates. I’m so glad to be a part of a progressive education experience as an educator now. Then even further back to 2006. My first ever coaching course - the FA Level 1. My assessed activity was called the ‘Alamo’. A ‘shooting’ activity that seems insensitive having explored the real Alamo, but was my assessment and what started me on this soccer journey. Love. Football.
